Croco Park Agadir full description

After being picked up from your accommodation, you will drive to the well-known Crocoparc park, where you will have more than two hours to spend at leisure.
You will instantly feel as though you have entered a forest when you walk through the massive “constructed” crocodile head entrance to the park. This is because of the park’s architecture and design.
Get up close and personal with these reptiles as they bathe, sunbathe, or show off how strong their jaws can be while they eat. The aquatic garden features a forest of Nile papyrus and an amazing array of water lilies, including the well-known Victoria (Victoria cruziana).

Last but not least, the tropical region is home to two phytolacca dioica, enormous bamboos, palm trees, and unusually flowering bromeliads.
After your excursion, spend some time to relax before meeting your driver to return to your apartment or hotel.

Place not like other locations

Less than three hours from Marrakech, CROCOPARC is situated in the town of Drarga, on the outskirts of Agadir, along National Route 8 (Agadir-Marrakech Highway).

Nestled within the iconic argan trees of the area, the park seamlessly merges with the stunning natural scenery, framing the Atlas mountain ranges in the distance.

CROCOPARC, Morocco’s first crocodile park, is a very different kind of tourist destination than the aquatic-focused offerings found in the Souss Massa DraĆ¢ region.

What has Agadir to offer?

Rich, gorgeously wooded, and ultra-secure botanical garden is home to over 300 Nile crocodiles, some of which are over three meters long. Huge turtles meandering peacefully and, if you’re lucky, the chance to see iguanas sunning themselves in the sun during the hottest parts of the day.

In Agadir, what should I do?

Discover while having fun as you stroll among hundreds of exotic plants from around the globe, including giant ficus, elephant feet, baobabs, giant bamboos, and belombras. You can also cross a wooden bridge amidst the Nile Papyrus, go beneath a waterfall, and find the nursery laboratory, where numerous baby crocodiles have already been born. Or explore the Cactus Garden and venture across the monkey bridge that is hung…
